Here's a question for you grandma bloggers, and other bloggers too - how do you decide how much info to share about your kiddos? I've been sharing pictures, general locations, and use pseudonyms for the grandkids, but I feel a little silly with the pseudonyms. I've seen some people use made-up nicknames, and some people use first names only. How do you decide what to reveal? Do you see any dangers or problems in revealing first names, general locations, etc.? I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!

I do use my granddaughter's first name on her blog, as well as her parents first names but I started her blog never expecting anyone but family to read it but since the domain is called AmaraLand, the cat is kind of out of the bag anyway!
I'm very careful to use Photoshop to remove last names, school names, principal's names, etc. I never post pictures of other kids without their parents consent and I never use their names. I also don't post pictures of the neighborhood kids as I don't have their parents permission.
Hope that helps??!
I agree with Grandma Kc. I think it's wise to be cautious, but paranoia is not justified. Still, with regard to one's grandchildren, the parents are the final deciders!
Thanks for the advice, guys. I think I'll check with the parents and the Papa and see what they think.
